Family law is unlike any other area of practice. Your clients are navigating some of the hardest moments of their lives, and the last thing you need is technology that adds another layer of complexity. That's why we're sitting down with Alan Funk, Partner at Wechsler Becker, to show you real examples of how a family law team uses Archie AI to transform their business. Joined by our Smokeball legal product experts and training team members, this is an honest, hands-on look at what AI actually does inside a family law practice. No sales pitch, no vague value claims. Just real prompts, real workflows, and real talk about how to run a more organized, more compassionate practice without adding headcount or losing the human touch your clients need most.
Keep in mind this is a prompt workshop in addition to a traditional webinar, so please come prepared to participate (with or without your camera).
What we'll cover:
Candid conversation around implementing AI: Hear from Alan about how his firm approaches change management, evaluates new technology, and incorporates AI into existing litigation workflows.
Demonstration of five family-specific Archie AI prompts: See practical examples of how Alan and his team use Archie AI to streamline drafting, case organization, client communication, and other civil litigation tasks.
Breakout rooms to apply learnings: Split into smaller groups to test new tools, collaborate with peers, and ask Smokeball product experts how to use Archie AI more effectively in your own practice.

Jordan is a practicing attorney in Texas, and the Director of Attorney Education and Development at Smokeball. Her family law expertise includes complex property division and contentious custody cases, as well as appeals and prenuptial agreements. In addition to her family law practice, she’s passionate about legal technology and how it can revolutionize law firms.
Jordan graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.A. in Classics, History, and Religious Studies and then went on to attend the University of Arkansas School of Law to earn her J.D. After almost four years of practice with a high-asset family law firm in Houston (and after being frustrated at the lack of automation in her firm), she discovered the world of legal technology which ultimately brought her to Smokeball.
