Here is what's new in Archie:
Archie in Outlook: Introducing the AI inbox assistant that summarizes threads, drafts responses with matter context, and enables rapid replies - all without leaving Outlook.
Archie in Word: Bringing AI directly into the place where legal drafting actually happens, making it so you never have to leave the Word document.
Archie Suggests: Every time you open a matter, suggestions appear automatically, ordered by urgency, giving you a clear starting point for the case.
Archie voice dictation: Use your microphone to speak directly to Archie. The tool will transcribe it for you, then get to work on pulling out what you need from a matter.
Sara Sultan is a Senior Client Trainer at Smokeball with a strong foundation in technology, education, and legal operations. She holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics and computer science and began her career as a computer programmer and IT professional, spending four years supporting complex technical environments.
Sara later earned her Master’s degree in Secondary Education from National Louis University and taught mathematics at both the high school and college levels. Her background as an educator plays a key role in her ability to deliver clear, practical, and engaging training experiences for Smokeball clients.
Through her work at Smokeball and her close collaboration with attorneys, Sara has developed extensive knowledge across a wide range of practice areas. With deep technical expertise and more than ten years at Smokeball, she is a trusted training expert who helps clients get the most out of their case management software.
