• If the giveaway winner is located outside of the Chicagoland area, they will receive a complimentary flight and hotel to arrive in Chicago on October 14 and depart October 16 for the value of $1000 or less, plus will also receive free registration to Spark 2026 (Smokeball’s CLE Conference).

• If the giveaway winner is located within 2 hours of the Chicago land area, they will receive a gift card for a luxury spa experience of their choosing in Chicago for the value of $1000 or less or free hotel accommodation for the dates of October 14-16, plus will also receive free registration to Spark 2026 (Smokeball’s CLE Conference).

• Entrant accepts these Official Rules, as listed below, by entering/registering for this Giveaway. No purchase necessary to win this Giveaway. Entrant does not have to be a Smokeball user to win. Entrant being a Smokeball user will not increase chances of Entrant winning this Giveaway. Odds of winning the Prize in this Giveaway shall depend upon the number of Entrant submissions in the Giveaway. A Winner will be selected at random.

• Eligible Entrant must both be eighteen (18) years of age or older and legally reside in the United States. Entrant must not be a current or former employee of Smokeball or of any other ABA TECHSHOW 2026 vendor.

• Submissions made after 1:00 PM (Central Daylight Time) on March 27, 2026 may not be eligible for the Prize.

• Entrant‘s acceptance of the Prize (“Winner”) in this Giveaway constitutes the Winner’s permission for Smokeball and/or their respective designee(s) to use the Winner’s name, photograph, image (still or video), likeness, voice, audio, biographical information, statements, testimonial, submission (and/or any edited portion thereof), address (city and state), prize information, and any remarks about the Prize, in whole or in part, for marketing, advertising, and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter devised, in perpetuity, without further compensation or authorization (except where prohibited by law) and every Entrant agrees to release Smokeball’s respective designees from all claims arising out of the use contained herein.

• Winner will be notified via email by March 30, 2026 of their status. Winner must reply to the email within 48 hours and provide the name of the gift card they would like to receive as the Prize in order to accept the Prize. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification. If the potential Prize Winner cannot be reached; if it they are found ineligible; if they cannot, or do not, comply with the foregoing requirements and these Official Rules; if the Prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if they do not satisfactorily execute all necessary documents, the potential Winner will be disqualified.
