Who can use the Smokeball referral program?
Anyone can use the Smokeball referral program! Whether you’re a current client, legal IT consultant or a huge supporter of our software, we appreciate you spreading the word about Smokeball.
When are rewards paid out?
After your referral signs their Smokeball contract, we’ll send your $300 eGift card. Sometimes these emails are flagged, so check your spam folder if you haven't received yours, or email referrals@smokeball.com.
California attorneys are not eligible for the gift card. However, Cal Bar Connect attorneys are eligible for a 10% discount on Smokeball practice management software.
Who can I refer to Smokeball?
An eligible referral is anyone who hasn't been active in our system for 90 days. Self-referrals are excluded, but we encourage you to schedule a demo if you’re interested in learning more about Smokeball.
Is there a referral limit?
There's no limit to how many people you can refer! See above for who makes a qualified referral.
