Hit the ground running with support from our onboarding team

Once your Smokeball sales rep introduces you to your onboarding specialist, you’re on the path to a more efficient, profitable firm! In your intro call, they’ll walk you through setup, training, and how we’ll tailor everything to your firm’s goals. Within 30 days, you’ll be managing client matters in Smokeball - and over the next 60-90 days, we’ll make sure you’re fully set up for success and confident using the platform. Onboarding includes:

  • Smokeball set up and testing on all your devices

  • Post-installation performance testing

  • Importing all your firm’s contacts

Learn the ropes with our training and legal configuration teams

Your Smokeball training starts during onboarding, so your firm can hit the ground running. You’ll learn to navigate the software and use key features tailored to your firm and practice area - with help from our legal configuration team. Once you’ve mastered the basics, we’ll dive deeper into billing, automation, and more.
